| This unit further explores the development of the Chinese civilization and its history into what is known as the Classical Age of China. There is a webquest that will require the use of a computer for each student. It goes into the Zhou dynasty and the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huangdi. There is also a packet on the Three philosophies of China; Confucianism, Daoism and Legalism, which requires the use of the text book titled, Ancient World History Patterns of Interaction by McDougal Littell. It includes a quiz on the three philosophies. There are also worksheets such as a China crossword puzzle and a Silk Roads worksheet with coinciding reading. Lastly, the unit test is also included for both pre-AP and academic level students. | |
